Welcome back to Arlington High School. This year, I’ve been assigned Junior English. Either way, if you’ve got me, you’re going to be working hard in my class. I promise, at the end of the year, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that you earned your success. You’ll learn to appreciate your abilities and to think for yourself. In May,when you walk down the halls to begin summer break, you’ll be able to hold your head up knowing that you’re going to make it out there in the “real world”. You might even enjoy yourself a little, too! So, sit down, strap in, and hold on tight. We’ve got a lot to do and little time to do it in, and we’re going to make every second count.
My name is Emily Warhurst and I will be teaching EnglishIII here at Arlington High School. I am excited to begin the 2017-18 school year. This will make my 5th year of teaching, 4th year here at AHS. I have a great compassion for teaching and I am so thrilled to work in such a wonderful school! I am excited to meet your students and get to know them better! Feel free to contact me at anytime- email is best Click here to access my Schoology page. |
